Iridology is a holistic observation practice that looks at patterns, fiber structure, and color variations in the iris (the colored part of the eye). Practitioners use these observations to explore areas of stress, strengths, and support needs in the body.
Iridology may offer insight into:
Constitutional tendencies (your “baseline” strengths and stress patterns)
Areas of irritation or strain that may need gentler support
Digestive and elimination patterns (as a wellness lens)
How stress may be showing up in the body over time
It’s best used as a body-awareness tool that can guide lifestyle support and self-understanding.
Iridology cannot:
Diagnose or treat medical conditions
Replace lab testing, imaging, or medical evaluation
Predict the future or guarantee outcomes
Confirm a disease is present or absent
If you have symptoms, medical concerns, or changing health conditions, iridology should be used alongside appropriate medical care.
Iridology is not considered a diagnostic medical tool, and it is not used in conventional medicine to diagnose disease.
Many people still find it meaningful as a holistic observation system that supports wellness education, pattern recognition, and lifestyle guidance.
No. My services are educational and wellness-supportive, not diagnostic. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease, and iridology is not a substitute for medical care. I’m happy to encourage you to seek medical support when needed.
A Written Insight is a personalized report you can read at your own pace. It’s designed for clarity without overwhelm and includes observations plus gentle recommendations.
A Live Session includes everything above, plus real-time conversation, questions, and support in applying the recommendations to your life.
In iridology, different regions of the iris are traditionally mapped to body systems. Practitioners observe patterns that may suggest where the body is under stress or may need extra support, including digestive and organ-related patterns. This is offered as holistic insight, not a medical conclusion.
Iridology is often used to explore constitutional tendencies—meaning patterns that may reflect inherited strengths, sensitivities, or long-term stress responses. This is not the same as genetic testing, but many clients find it helpful as a wellness framework for understanding their baseline needs.
Iridology is generally viewed as a mix of long-term constitution and current stress signals. While it may reflect present strain or inflammation patterns in a holistic sense, it is not a medical test and cannot confirm what is happening in the body in real time the way labs or imaging can.
Think of iridology as a map, not a diagnosis. Accuracy is best measured by whether the insights feel supportive, align with your lived experience, and help guide practical next steps. You can expect a clear overview of patterns I observe, what they may suggest in a wellness context, and gentle, realistic recommendations.
