-
Are able to notice your body sensations without becoming overwhelmed
-
Are motivated to practice gentle, consistent habits (not quick fixes)
-
Are seeking education and self-regulation tools, not emotional processing or trauma work

Important Participation Guidelines
You are responsible for choosing practices that feel safe and appropriate for your body.
You are always allowed to skip, modify, or stop any exercise.
More intensity does not equal more healing or progress.Regulation is built through small, safe, repeated experiences — not pushing.
If at any point you feel overwhelmed, flooded, panicky, dizzy, or disconnected: Stop the practice Ground yourself (feet on floor, orient to the room, slow exhale) Return to basic regulation tools.
Seek professional support if needed.
This Program Does Not:
Provide therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
Diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions
Replace care from licensed healthcare providers
Encourage reliving or processing traumatic experiences
This program is intended for educational and self-regulation support only.
A Final Word
Your nervous system deserves safety, not pressure.
